The main product marketed by TSAKI Italy is high-purity technical-grade urea, selected for automotive and industrial applications requiring high quality standards.
The quality of urea used in the production of AUS 32 / AdBlue® is essential to the proper operation of SCR systems.
SCR technology uses an aqueous urea solution to help reduce nitrogen oxide emissions, commonly referred to as NOx, produced by diesel engines. In this sector, the quality of the raw material is essential.
The presence of impurities or contaminants may affect the efficiency of catalysts and dosing systems.
For this reason, TSAKI places particular emphasis on the selection of supply sources, product technical documentation and the proper management of the entire logistics chain.
Supplies may be accompanied by the relevant technical and quality documentation for each batch, including, where applicable:
Certificate of Analysis – COA;
product origin;
batch identification;
main chemical characteristics;
nitrogen content;
biuret content;
moisture;
particle size distribution;
impurity-related parameters;
logistics and transport documentation.
Final technical specifications are communicated according to the product, producer, origin and specific customer requirements.
Depending on origin and logistics planning, urea may be supplied in industrial big bags with different weight configurations.
Formats used within our logistics chain include:
Big Bags of approximately 850 kg;
Big Bags of approximately 1,000 kg.
Availability of specific formats is confirmed for each individual supply.
TSAKI operates through an international network of producers and suppliers.
Diversification of origins is one of the core elements of our sourcing strategy.
This approach allows us to reduce dependence on a single source of supply and respond more quickly to changes in the global urea market.
Each operation is planned taking into account several factors:
product quality;
availability at origin;
market competitiveness;
production lead times;
port availability;
maritime freight costs;
customs procedures;
location of Italian stocks;
final product destination;
customer’s production requirements.
This allows us to identify, for each market period, the most efficient sourcing and distribution solution.
